Patients receive comprehensive services at no cost, including general medical care, dental services, wellness support, and referrals for advanced treatment when needed. we are also able to offer insurance support and specialty care coordination.

At ICARE St. Pete, we are dedicated to making healthcare accessible for everyone—regardless of income, insurance, or immigration status. We operate under the Florida Department of Health’s Volunteer Health Care Provider Program contract, which grants sovereign immunity protection to our providers as we serve the community with dignity and compassion.

At ICARE ST. PETE, we believe that healthcare is a human right — not a privilege.
We are an independent, volunteer-powered nonprofit. We receive no federal funding and operate without government grants. Our mission is fueled entirely by the compassion, skill, and dedication of professionals who choose to serve — not for profit, but for purpose.
Unlike many organizations that rely on large collaborations or outside funding, our strength comes from within. Our team is made up of dentists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, pediatric residents, ministers, and other caring volunteers who give their time and expertise to bring free, accessible healthcare to those in need.
When other programs close, when grants run out, and when resources are limited —
